All common property matters can be reported directly to the Building Manager.

All warranty and maintenance within your unit/lot is the owners/occupier’s responsibility.

Contact Archers through their self-service form to complete applications for common requests in strata such as:

  • Change of Address
  • Pet Applications
  • Improvement Applications

The forms on their website have been designed to capture the details needed to efficiently process requests and seek approval when required without the need to seek further information.
